Chakras

In Sanskrit, the word "chakra" translates to wheel or disc. There are 7 major chakras that align along the spine, beginning at the bottom of the spine, and continuing to the crown of the head. The spheres run along the spine, but also extend throughout all sides of the body. Chakras are a vortex of energy that is not seen by the human eye but can be felt and intuitively sensed.
