About the Artist
Kendra Hirons
Kendra Zerr best known as Kendra Hirons, was born in Portland, Oregon in 1985. She began drawing at an early age and continued well into her teens. She married and started a family in early adulthood, and her passion for art was forced to a backburner seat for 15 years.
It was not until Kendra created a simple painting for her friend’s birthday gift in 2019 that she rediscovered what had been lying dormant for all those years. Suddenly, she found herself overwhelmed with an influx of friends, colleagues, and family members encouraging her to start a social media art page, and the rest became history!
Kendra implements a variety of mediums including ink, graphite, watercolor, acrylic, and digital. Her works aim to speak to feelings of femininity, rebirth, growth, and human connection.
Today her work sells worldwide, and is carried in stores across the nation.
